DOWNLOADING AFTER YOUR ORDER
If you need to download again (or did not download when ordered) simply click the link to your order status page provided in your confirmation email. When your order status is shown, enter the credit card used to order at the bottom of the page. When the updated status page appears, click the new DOWNLOAD button to begin another download.
If you have Internet problems when downloading (ie your phone connection is dropped or the data is corrupted) you may not get the entire file. In this case you may get an error message when you attempt to install the software on your computer. If you get an installation message stating the downloaded file size is too small or corrupt, you will need to download the file again as explained above.
